The Hotel Villa Angelica is located in Via IV Novembre in Lacco Ameno, a place characterized by the beauty of the Bay of San Montano, one of the most fascinating beaches of Ischia, from the archaeological excavations of Santa Restituta and the Archaeological Museum of Villa Arbusto, where there are over 3,000 finds from ancient Pithecusae, the first colony of Magna Graecia in the Green Island. Take the motorway to Naples and, after the motorway tollbooth, continue for about 12 km taking the road towards Pozzuoli. Go through the ring road and take the first exit after the "Via Campana" tollbooth, follow the signs for the port and embark for Ischia Porto or Casamicciola Terme.These are the Shipping Companies operating on the Pozzuoli-Ischia and Pozzuoli-Casamicciola section: Caremar, Medmar.
Alternatively you can embark to the island reaching the main port of Naples (Calata Porta di Massa) in this case, after the motorway tollbooth, follow the signs for "Napoli zona portuale" and, subsequently, the directions for boarding for the islands.

To embark the car it is necessary to show the vehicle registration document and the driver’s ID card.

From the Central Station of Naples in Piazza Garibaldi it is possible to reach the port of Naples (2 Km distance) by Metro or by Taxi.
By Metro, from the station entrance follow the directions for Line 1 towards “Piscinola” and get off at the “Municipio” stop. From here you have only a short walk to Molo Beverello, there are located the hydrofoil boardings to the port of Ischia Porto (5 Km from Villa Angelica) or to the port of Casamicciola (1,5 Km from Villa Angelica).
Taxi takes about 15 minutes to reach Molo Beverello.
Hydrofoil will take abaout 50 minutes to reach the island, the hydrofoil companies are: Caremar, Alilauro and Snav.
Once you arrive on the island, you can take a taxi to Villa Angelica or a Bus; bus stop are always a few steps from the dock, line CS, line 1 or line 2 reaches Lacco Ameno, get off at the stop of "Piazza Girardi" also known as "il Capitello" and you will be only 100 m from Villa Angelica.

From Naples Capodichino Airport it is possible to reach Molo Beverello using either a taxi or a bus. A bus (Alibus) connects the Airport directly with the Beverello pier (the ticket can be purchased on the bus). By taxi you can also reach the tourist pier of Mergellina and from there take a hydrofoil to the island of Ischia. Once on the island, take a taxi to our hotel or a bus to Lacco Ameno.
From Naples Capodichino Airport you can reach the Port of Naples with Taxi or Alibus service.
By taxi it is possible to reach Molo Beverello in 20/30 minutes.
Alibus is the bus service that serves directly Airport – Railway Station – Port of Naples; you can take one of the runs that pass every 30 minutes, from 5:50 am to 11:30 pm; the rate is € 5,00 per person if the ticket is purchased at the retailers, while it is € 6,00 if purchased on board the vehicle.
